Since 1983, Padula Food has been offering all the best of Italy at the click of a button.
Fresh products such as delicatessen or cheese are then imported directly from the big boot so as not to lose any of the flavors of the country. Giovanni Padula began by selling dairy products from his native land in Lausanne. 30 years later, he offers a wide range of products from all over Italy. From north to south via Sicily, flavors from all regions can be found at Padula food in Crissier.

The "Promotion du Fait Maison" association, which brings together GastroSuisse, the Foundation for the Promotion of Taste, Slow Food and the Fédération Romande des Consommateurs, launched this label to allow restaurateurs to differentiate themselves and showcase their cuisine.
In order to meet consumer expectations, the "Fait Maison" label guarantees traceability, authenticity and transparency.
Only dishes cooked entirely on site with raw products are considered "Homemade".
